Facilitated by Free to Be Ministries, a diverse team of licensed professional counselors, pastoral counselors, licensed social workers, trauma informed leaders, certified movement instructors, and trained ministry leaders that have a heart for and knowledge of holistic health, trauma informed care, and integration of faith and psychological principles.
