Healing Circle Conversation

The Circle is a structured dialogue process that nurtures connections and empathy, while honoring the uniqueness of each participant. The Circle can hold pain, joy, despair, hope, healing, anger, love, fear, and paradox. The Circle welcomes difficult emotions and difficult realities, while maintaining a sense of positive possibilities.
Amid the trauma our community continues to face, one way we can heal ourselves is through emotional connectedness or collective community conversation. In our time together, you will find liberation in this space as we "breathe at our own pace," and find rest to be made whole.
